4 different networks and no eero update available
All of our networks show as up to date. However, none have the latest firmware released on July 26.
What is the issue where all of these are not seeing new software?
Of note, I emailed support and never heard anything back. I can confirm that my neighbor, who bought eeros at my insistence, does not show the update either. So, at least 5 networks I either manage or know of are not showing an update to v3.8.2-18 which was released July 26. Today is August 3?
