Of note, I emailed support and never heard anything back. I can confirm that my neighbor, who bought eeros at my insistence, does not show the update either. So, at least 5 networks I either manage or know of are not showing an update to v3.8.2-18 which was released July 26. Today is August 3?
We'd like to assure everyone that v3.8.2 is actively in release; however, at this time we're currently proceeding with a controlled and gradual rollout without a corresponding manual update in the app. We appreciate your understanding, and we'll be sure to get v3.8.2 to everyone ASAP!
derekcentrico Mine updated on its own while I was traveling. I checked the app and there are new features, which is how I found out. I then checked the Eero software version and saw it was new. You can now drill into each Eero and see devices connected to it....that's a feature I had been hoping for a long time that they'd add. My update happened seamlessly and I am sure yours will too as it's rolled out. No stability issues at all since the update.
