Sonic installed our fiber connection last week. When their technician connected his laptop directly to the modem, he got over 900 Gbps down and up from the Sonic speed test, but I've been getting under 500 Gbps—except for one test that got 922 / 533, as you can see below, and another one today, which got 788 / 612. I also tried connecting my gigabit-capable MacBook directly to the modem with a CAT7 cable and got around 500.

Given that I got the expected speed once, and the same results with the Mac, I figure this must be an issue with Sonic rather than the Eero. Right?
