I'm hoping someone can help with this.  I purchased the eero about a week ago. Setup was easy, created a network and everything worked perfectly fine. One morning I woke up and the light was flashing white and hasn't worked ever since. 

I've tried power cycling both the modem and the router, I've hard reset both the router and the modem, ive tried different power outlets, different cables, ect. If I plug the ethernet from the modem directly to my PC I have internet, however the eero does not detect internet when its plugged in and there is no visible network.
