Why is Eero support so damn bad????
2 emails in - no answer, no acknowledgement, sent via the Eero app.
A call to Eero support. Do the same thing over and over expecting different results. Can I speak with someone technical? No. Can I speak with a manager? No. Stonewalled with HORRIBLE support experience.
I bought my Eeros years ago. They've been flawless until recently. Now the flaws are showing up and support went the way of the Dodo. I am now looking to buy another mesh network and it WILL NOT BE Eero. In all my decades of writing software and dealing with networks I have NEVER been so pissed off at a support group!
