This product was a waste of $80 because IT DOESN'T WORK
Don't buy this and don't even bother trying to get a hold of tech support..on hold 45 minutes before I hung up... biggest waste of $80 ever... garbage
I’m sorry you had a poor initial experience. While eero might not be a good fit for every single person, it certainly works great for me and thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of other customers. And right now with coronavirus, basically every customer service department out there is struggling to keep up with reduced staffing and additional call load (including eero), so your hold time experience is normal right now, but it won’t always be.
Why don’t you explain the issue you’re having so that I, and other customers, could try and help?
