Eero port and PoE (not PoE for the Eero itself)
Good day to all that read this.
I am looking to extend my network 1000+ feet out to the end of my driveway, so I can install a security gate, and security camera.
Ubiquiti has a device that will create a bridge, but uses POE to power the device (Nanostationloco M5). Does the port on the Eero device support PoE so that I can bridge out to my driveway with another Eero device? Horrible diagram attempt below:
[ISP Router] => [Eero device]------mesh to-----[Eero device on patio]=>[Ubiquiti loco]----1000 feet of air----[Ubiquiti loco]=>Eero device
KEY:
[device]
=> Hard wire connection
---- wireless/over the air connection

No, eero devices don't have PoE output. But you can just use the PoE injector that the UBNT NanoStation's will come with, so not too big of a deal--just one more thing to plug into power.
