Slower speed for guest network

Recently I discovered that my guest WiFi can only hit about 40mgb/s while my main WiFi can reach the speed (250mgb/s) I pay for my ISP. I remember when I did the test a year ago, there was no difference for the guest WiFi speed. Has anything changed? How can make surey guests can get the same speed?

    I’m having the same problem and can’t figure out a solution.  My iPhone hits 150 regularly on the main network but caps at 40 on the guest network; both times connected to the same Beacon on 5Ghz.
