VOIP and newest EERO update

Since upgrading to the newest EERO update voice call on our VOIP has been terrible. We are running a Gig connection. Most users on the VOIP are making calls on a computer that is hardwired via ethernet so speed and Jitter are a non issue. We do have the Smart Queue enabled. 

 

Any advice?

  • Turn off smart queue. You don't need it on unless you have a slower internet connection (max of 500Mbps--but I have 200Mbps connection and I don't even have it turned on). If that still doesn't resolve your issue, I'd recommend reaching out to eero support so they can do some troubleshooting.
