Connection to Eero 6 extenders are slower than main Eero router

I recently got the Eero6 (Router + 2 extenders)
Router is connected to an AT&T modem/router through LAN cable.  Placed in Living Room
Extender #1 is placed in my basement - less than 30 feet from Router + Placed around 3 feet from the ground
Extender #2 is placed in my bedroom - little more than 30 feet from Router + Placed on the ground

I have tested this both my Mac laptop & my Pixel phone.
If I connect to the router on either of my devices and run speed test, I get more than 300 Mbps download , 300 Mbps upload as I have got AT&T 300 Mbps fiber internet.

If I connect to either of the extenders on either of my devices and run speed test, I get around ~150 Mbps download ,  ~150 Mbps upload.

Is this normal that connecting to extenders won't give me higher than similar to router ?

the issue is same no matter which extender I connect.
I already upgraded all devices to eeroOS 6.3.1

Please advise

Depending on your wireless environment (any obstacles, other networks, applicances etc) it could be normal.

    Hello sunray2003 ,

It could be placement. We do recommend that eeros be placed 35-45ft away from any other eeros. Also take a look at the article below that goes over other placement guidelines. You may also want to consider trying with just the Gateway connected and online and walk around your house to see if you have any dead spots. Once you find those spots you'll have a better idea where or if you need additional eeros.
