Samsung Q80T has no internet

Sometimes my television suddenly believes that its offline and when I run the TV's built-in troubleshooter, it says that it's got a wifi connection to the Eero that's linked to the modem physically but not to the actual internet while every other device in the house does.

One of my hypothesis is that there's a particular URL that the TV tries to load to prove that its online and a URL that I cannot see needs to be whitelisted.

Since I don't know what URL to choose, what I did was create an "ad blocker on" Profile and put everything in the blocking Profile except for the television.

I'm in the process of testing out my hypothesis, not enough time to know anything just yet, but I realized a problem with what I did... When a new friend comes over or one of our cellphones randomizes a new MAC address, it's not going to automatically add itself to the "ad blocking on" Profile.

Im not sure if this is a feature request or something that's already possible but I need everything on my network to automatically add itself to the "ad blocking on" Profile unless I manually exclude it. Can I do that?

Better yet, if you are an employee who has access to the ad blocking list, do you think that you can please locate the particular link that I need to whitelist, assuming that I've pinpointed the problem correctly?

I've noticed that the television set exclusively made a whopping 13,116 blocked ad requests just last week!

I also have this exact same problem. The TV doesn't recognise that an ethernet cable is plugged into the television.
