Eero 6 Pro and Sky Q with #youfibre

I've seen a lot of issues arising with Eero and Sky Q with #youfibre and is there going to be a resolution? I know #youfibre are aware of the issues with thousands of their customers having constant issues with Sky network drop outs so they are dropping Eero and going with another solution. This arose after a software/firmware upgrade and for nearly 9 weeks of having logged too many technical issues and having had every SKY and Youfibre senior technical they are now saying they cannot fix it. They are awaiting for the new non-eero routers to be in stock before rolling them out, have Eero been made aware of this and what are they doing about it as they will be losing a huge contract!!! I have 40-50 network and complete internet drop outs a day on what the tech guys says is a perfect cat6 wired network showing as 1 gig throughput...... even after taking the eero off the wired and going back to standard mesh it still doesn't work, even after replacing all Sky, eero and network switches its still not resolved.......just dont go Eero or Youfibre
