Automatic update question

I have noticed lately my EERO is not updating automatically now?  I have to push it.   Also several other EERO users have reported the same thing.  Mine said it would update in the next 24 hours if i did not push it.  I left it like that for several days and I had to manually push it.  Is there an issue right now?
