Set up the gateway eero 6 no problem connections fine but whenever I try to connect an eero 6 extender it never works. I add a new eero device through the app and follow the steps but it won't connect to the app and continues to flash blue, never stays solid blue signifying it's connected no matter how many times I've tried. I try using the serial number/ barcode and it still flashes blue. I've power cycled the extender and gateway eero and it still flashes blue. I've soft and hard reset extenders and gateway and it still flashes blue. I've power cycled my modem and it still flashes blue. I used both android and ios phones and it still flashes blue. I've ordered brand new different extenders from Amazon and those flash blue too never connect. I have the extenders and gateway are in the same room only a couple feet apart same as my phone. I've been on the phone with support about this 2 separate times for a total of over 2 hours now and no solutions. Now what?
