Terrible and very basic support from Eero
Hi all, this is my first post - so far I find the product ok, very useful for dead spots on my 3 bed semi.
the issue is support, or lack of it.
i have had an issue with my account in relation to subscription. My subscription is paid via Apple Pay, however my account on website showed that I needed to renew it.
i ask support to fix my account, they couldn’t,
I fixed it by deleting my account and creating a new one, using my same Amazon account.
i also asked to complain and they gave me the same link for error to raise / submit a ticket … which is the same way to raise an issue.
i feel those working on support have very very basic understanding of the product and issues.
i asked for it to be raised to 2nd line - I don’t think they have that!
overall customer service is 1/10
