Eero and Synology NAS with Bonded ethernet ports

Recently changed from a Netgear R8500 to Eero Pro Mesh. I have a Synology DS1815 on which I have aggregated/bonded the four ethernet ports, which are all connected to a gigabit switch. I've established a reserved IP address for the NAS.

With the router, the Server/NAS also had a reserved IP address and would show up only once in the connected device table under its reserved IP. With Eero, it is showing four instances of the server, one instance shows the reserved IP address, two of the other instances for each of the MAC addresses also show the same reserved IP address. The fourth instance shows no IP address, only the  "hostname" of the server.

Why is the Eero showing four separate connections, with one IP address, instead of the single, bonded device?

Also interesting is that, previously, I was able to mount the server/NAS on a permanent basis in my MacOS finder as a shared, network device. Now with the Eero, it will not remain attached nor will it allow me to connect directly to the root directory.

I am not 100% about this, but doesn't the switch you are connecting the NAS to have to have LAG enabled on the four ports its connected to? Did you ever confirm you had 4-gig bandwidth to the NAS with your old router in place?
