iOS 16 issue with HomeKit Secure Router
Starting with iOS 16b3, my Home app has been telling
me that my eero pro is not connected to the internet. I have been working with support who downgraded my firmware which fixed the issue, but now it has returned. Support suggested I post in these forums.
I am currently on 6.10.3-151.
Have you tried doing a soft reset on it? Hold the reset button down for 6-10 seconds, and release when the LED flashes yellow. Rebooting the modem will also help. Let us know if that helps.
Honestly, iOS 16 is buggy. It’s probably not eero. I downgraded after I got the beta. Wait for iOS to be released.
I imagine once the home hubs (HomePods, enabled Apple TVs) are all using the final iOS 16 this issue will go away.
