Things eero Pro 6 NEEDs
I would like eero to get some things out there for us eero Pro installers, we need an eero Pro 6 PoE+ splitter, also an eero Pro 6 ceiling/wall mount, and in the app the ability to change the MTU as well as other advanced settings. Also, my clients are always asking me for an outdoor eero Pro 6.

Apparently Eero fails to understand that there are POE standards that can supply enough power. Aruba Instant On WiFi6 APs only need 10watts so any POE injector or switch will work so why does Eero Pro6 use so much power? You’d think they were 6e APs with the additional 6ghz band beside 5 and 2.4.

I don't believe eero will do anything unless enough of us Pro installers speak up and let them know that this is a BIG problem for us. So, please speak up and post, the more we get to post here the less they can ignore it.

These Aruba 1960 switches have a total of 240w for class 6 POE or 370w of class 4 POE so there are switches capable of supplying POE to these Eero Pro 6 APs.

That's only PoE, you need PoE+ but if you have one already try it and see if it will work as the eero only needs 30w each.

Class 4 is POE+ which only delivers 25.5 watts although some say they deliver 30w. The switch I posted is class 6 or POE++ or 802.11bt type 3 which supplies 50w per port for a total of 240watts. If your just running POE+ devices or less then the switch can deliver 370watts of total power.
