Why does my Eero not update?

My Eero network says it’s on 6.14 and up to date but the update history says there is a 6.15 released April 12, which is a few weeks ago.

is there no way to “update now”?

    Hi Radman

    We have put the 6.15.0 out for the initial release.  When this happens we put it out to a few network and see how things work.  Once this initial testing is completed we make it available to be pushed manually via the app and then we start automatically updating all networks to it.  This step has not happened with 6.15 yet.

    We can push it manually if you want. Please send us an email to support@eero.com and use the subject line "Community Followup - Manual firmware push".
    Please send this from the verified email address on your eero account, if you need to check/change/verify that email go to eero app->Settings->Account
    If you have multiple networks I would need to know which one(s) you want updated.
    I will also need to know what time you need this done (since it does require a reboot) please let me know what time (along with timezone), I am currently here from 0700 to 1600 CT.

    Oh interesting. Makes sense, a flag on the article of which phase you’re in would be a nice add :)
