Eero, Nokia Fibre Modem, and Static IP
We have a small business and we now have a Nokia fibre modem and they gave us a static IP. I cannot for the life of me get eero to connect to the internet. The internet works when I connect the ethernet directly to the PC, so I do know there is a connection. When setting up a static IP, Eero asks for IP address (which I have), Subnet Mask (which I have), and Router IP. What is the Router IP? I’ve felt like I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work.

Router IP might be labeled as the default gateway IP address from your ISP. It's the first hop to your ISP so your eero knows where to sent internet traffic to, and should be in the same subnet as your static IP address.
