I have a metal shop building with no windows as well, so I know how hard it is to get any kind of wireless signal in or out. I think your only options are going to be dig a trench and run conduit with an ethernet cable over to the other building, or get a wireless point to point bridge and mount it on the outside of each building (https://store.ui.com/collections/wireless/products/lite-ap-gps)
