Hold times

Hold times are ridiculous and they have always been even before Covid.  About ready to switch my mesh system not getting good strong network.

  • Sounds like you have your mind made up, but good luck with shorter hold times with any other vendor (if they even have a customer service number you can call). Have you tried emailing eero support as well? And why not trying explaining the issue(s) you’re having so the community can try and help?
