My garage and first floor entry is concrete and steel beam construction. The house is 5 stories, and I have a total of 7 eeros, with 2 on the 2nd floor just above the garage. Everything works great except the garage / entry level. Though I show a strong signal on my phone, the eero app will not recognize an eero to add it to the entry level. And though the Wi-Fi signal on my phone appears strong, my wireless devices like security camera and garage door opener will not connect or operate to eero.

Is there anything I can do to work around the unavoidable obstructions like what appear to be the structure and materials of my house?
