I have a garage/workshop about 200 feet from my house and I would like to have wifi in it.  I also have a conduit that runs from my house to the building.  Could I plug an ethernet cable into my current cable modem and run it in the conduit to my workshop where I would plug the ethernet cable into the eero base and use the beacons for wifi. Does this sound feasible?
