Strange SSID
Recently, I started noticing a strange SSID available for connection: 25d2. It shows as an unsecured connection and WiFi Analyzer (on Android) shows that it is from an eero. Fortunately, all attempts to connect to it fail. Still, I'd like to get rid of it.
This SSID is in addition to my normal, broadcast SSID.
Has anyone else seen this? Anything I can do to remove it? (I've written eero support but have not heard back).

It's the mesh, it's named with a set of four hex digits (different for every network), and it's not really unsecured, your computer just doesn't support the crypto it uses. (You can't connect to it anyway, since your computer doesn't support TrueMesh and only your eero nodes know what the encryption key is in any case.)
It used to be hidden, but we stopped hiding it when we rolled out TrueMesh.
Relax. It isn't anything to be worried about.
