Super slow upload speeds

I got the eero pro package about 8 months ago, and have had no problems until today.  download speeds are fine, but I'm literally getting less than 1mb upload speeds all day.  This is true of both wired and wireless connections.  My eero reports 11MB up  on its speedtest, but every single device is uploading slowly.  I have switched modems, no help, switched cables, reset all the eeros individually and the whole network, no help, restarted all devices, etc. I called my ISP, they have no reports of any other problems in the area.

Again, the download speeds are fine, but we do a lot of streaming and videoconferencing here.  I really need every bit of that 11MB up.  Anyone have a similar problem?

Get ready to waste hours of your life. The first step though should be to test the line directly, without wifi or anything daisy-chained. This usually means you need to plug a PC/MAC into the ISP router directly and test the upload/download speeds. If the speeds still suck, then at least you know it's not Wifi/Eero related. If it is the wifi, then shift to testing from more than one device and frequency band (i.e. 2/5GHZ) to see if the prob can be isolated to a single device, or whatever.

I had issues after upgrading to Bell Fibe 2 years ago. Basic wifi was ok, but if I plugged anything into the wired ports, it always over a few days crapped out. Long story short, I replaced the modem twice - same issue. I finally researched how to replace the Bell HomeHub-3000 altogether w/ a Fiber to copper tranceiver for $45 and use my own router. Not a single prob since.
