how long should it take to unblock a reported incorrectly categorized url with eero secure?

I access a domain, api.stathat.com, via API calls in my code that gets blocked by eero secure. I click "report inaccuracy" (because I have no other recourse than to turn eero Secure off completely), and, days later, it still has yet to be removed from the blocked list.

How long should I expect this correction to take place?

I have eero Secure enabled and I have no problem accessing that domain. Have you tried restarting your eero network, and also if you have local DNS caching enabled, disabling that? If those don't help fix it, I'd recommend contacting eero support so they can look into the issue for you because it seems like it might just be isolated to your network.

I do not have local DNS caching enabled. My network has been restarted recently. I'll follow up, again, with eero support. The URL says "local blacklist" -- is that curious to you?

willieabrams I’ve never seen the block page before on any site I’ve tried to go to, so I’m not sure if the “local blacklist” is normal or not. eero Secure utilizes Zscaler for all the security filtering, so it might just be how their integration is setup.

You've never seen the block page? Do you have ad filtering and advanced security turned on?

willieabrams Yup, I’ve had all that enabled since the day they launched the service and have never seen the block page. My eero statistics clearly indicate stuff is getting blocked, but it’s just stuff like ads or cross-site trackers that load in the background which won’t generate a block page redirect.
