Eero is Paused Why

    Hello John Ivan Falzon ,

    Your eero is paused or a device is paused? If it is your device you'll need to get into your eero app, locate the device and un-pause it. I have shared a link below that will walk you through the pause devices process, it can be used to unpause a device as well.

    Keep in mind that if the device is paused is the device with the eero app on it you will need to disconnect from WiFi and go onto Cellular or a different WiFi in order to change the setting and unpause the device.
