Switchs keeps disconnecting

Hi folks,

We have 6 eero devices in our home. We recently changed all our light switchs for switchs with wi-fi and Alexa integration.

Unfurtunately, we're experience some issues. Basically, the switch connects perfectly with our network (2.4Ghz) but after a couple of hours disconnect and it's not connect again. The solution is restart the connection from the switchs or restart (unplug and plug again) one of the eero devices. When we unplug one of the eero devices for 10 sec and connect again, it's when longer the connection remains. Maximum was about 30 hours. If we only reconnect from the switch, after 3 or 4 hours disconnects.

We already tried to assing a fixed IP for the switch but the behavior it's the same.

Any idea or advice on how to resolve it?

What’s the square footage of your home? Six eeros sounds like a lot and might be too many (thus causing interference).

Hi, thanks. My home is 3300 sq ft and the wall are bricks not drywall.

MariaNB bricks will definitely be different than drywall, but I still think 6 eeros is too many. I would try disconnecting at least 2 of the eeros and see if that improves things (and give it a few days for everything to optimize itself). Could also be an issue with the software/firmware on the actual switches.

cMoo92 thanks. A few months ago, we had only 3 but the wi-fi reception in some parts of the house was poor. At that moment we already had the same problem. We added the new eero devices in order to have better wifi reception. The light switches have the latest firmware. We already contact the switch manufacturer, and they analyzed switches logs, and everything looks fine, with good wifi signal. They asked to change TTL but we can't find this settings on Eero.

We verified and we have enough IP availables, We did some test using static IP for the switches but the behavior is the same.
