Wired and Refreshing
So I just updated an eight error gen 1 system to all gen 2. For the most part they are fantastic and seem much more reliable then gen 1. Here is my issue. 7 of the 8 eeros are wired. The bridge runs into a switch and then a patch panel which go to jacks through out the house. However I have just started noticing that the app will not report them as wired and shows the connection status as constantly refreshing. If I unplug the units the work report fine in the app and then revert back to refreshing. The strange part is the network stays up and runs fine and support cant figure it out besides seeing the same results on their end. Anyone else have a similar issue with wired units? Gen 1 never did this.
