Problems Connecting MacBook after Update

Has anyone else had problems connecting their MacBook after yesterday’s update?  It seems to be the only device affected. I tried calling support, but was on hold forever and the disconnect.

My solution was to switch to a different WiFi equipment vendor. After doing so, my experience has been absolutely flawless for months.

rcrcr Yea i fear this is my only solution as well.  I am giving Eero a chance to troubleshoot it but they seem to want to blame my environment/setup as opposed to really dig into the issue.

I assume there is no way to roll back the firmware correct?

rcrcr What was your other Wifi option?  Just curious because there aren't many who place in the Mesh Space of the same quality but there are some.

I'm surprised more people aren't upset about this. Pack of three eeros is $400! I smell a class action lawsuit here...

gregpmediagroup - I lost my shirt dumping all of mine on eBay, so you bring up a good point.

mitct02 - hit send too quick. Not to mention the dozens of hours spent frustrated and troubleshooting this!
