eero and the Drobo5N

Has anyone connected a Drobo 5N to their eero via the ethernet port?

I can't see mine. I know the Drobo and cable are fine, work with other routers.

Do you have a static IP address set on the Drobo, or is it using DHCP? Other routers often use the same IP address scheme (e.g. 192.168.1.x), whereas eero uses 192.168.7.x

I'd completely forgotten that I'd set a static IP address on this device ages ago, and never even thought of it.

Thank you kindly, problem solved and brain fart overcome!

Drobo dashboard (3.4.2) on my Mac (MacOS 10.13.6) is not able to auto detect my Drobo5N.

'Finder' can connect to all folders on the Drobo5N.

The Drobo5N does not show up in the list of connected devices in the eero app.

In the past (with my old router/modem) the Drobo5N had a fixed IP address. I have: reinstalled Drobo dashboard, restarted the Drobo5N several times and rebooted my iMac. What have I missed?

    Best Regards,

    Henk
