Pixel 2 XL No Internet

So I purchased an Eero Gen 2 System a week ago and it worked great until Christmas.  I came home that night to find I had no internet.  I hard reset the Eero System and the router and got it back.  Woke up the next morning, and again, no internet.  Reboot fixed it.  Now, I keep getting the dreaded "x" next to my wifi connection on my Google Pixel 2 XL.  Nothing seems to fix this.  Not rebooting the system or my phone.  The good news is that everything else in the house seems to stay connected.  The bad news is that the Eero system seems slooooooow and now refuses to allow a speed test.  I'm really concerned  that my Eero system is dying.  Thoughts?

    Please contact eero support. They’ll be able to troubleshoot and help you figure out if it’s an eero issue or a Pixel device issue. Since everything else in your home is working, my guess is it’s something with your Pixel device.
