Restricted Sites and separate Profiles

Hello - I am trying to restrict certain website at certain times, however I cannot create a separate profile for a user since there is already one set up.  I have already set up cutoff's for internet usage, which is working fine; however, I would like to set up restricted use of website (youtube) during normal hours when the computer can be used. Can this be done?
