I’ve spent most of the day trying to get the first router (of three) setup.  Finally found out that I have to go through spectrum register the modem.  Did that and moving onto the pairing.  Won’t pair!   I read several reviews on this system maintaining that ANYONE can set this up in 15 minutes.   I guess I’m not ANYONE  The modem I’m using is a Arris Surfboard SB6190.   I double checked with Spectrum and the do have the proper serial # and MAC address registered.
 

Can someone help me?
