Encrypt Me = terrible & getting worse?

Does anyone else have issues with Encrypt me? I've been unable to connect for months now and gone back and forth with support several times, but they just close the ticket and it never gets resolved.

Considering moving from Secure+ to secure and finding a standalone VPN.

Which specific devices?  NOT their operating systems, the specific devices. Older devices can have issues with VPN’s regardless of which operating system they’ve got. That’s why I’m asking which DEVICES are having the issue.

we’re using iPhone 11 Pro Maxes and 5th Generation iPad Mini’s and they have NO problems with EncryptMe.

I assume you’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EncryptMe apps on each device?  And logging out and back in to the apps?

I couldn't take it anymore, 2 more support tickets went nowhere. I cancelled and took out sperate VPN, security and password services. It's more expensive, but I'm willing to pay for solutions that work.

I'm leaving Secure+ too. Encrypt.me can't even install on my windows box anymore as of v1.1.3 and I can't find a way to install older versions anywhere. Encrypt.me just doesn't appear to be a very popular service. There's no community around it. Plus they do retain logs for "up to 16 days" just in case™.

Pdobb EncryptMe was sold about a year ago. The new owners no longer support it.

Richard1864 Didn't know this. Thanks. Makes sense. I'm officially disconnected from it all! Now using 1.1.1.1 to at least cover DNS. Will look for another VPN service for coffee shops next.
