3 Eeros Setup with multiple non-Eeros WiFi Access Points
BEFORE Eero Installed (3 floors, 3500 sf home)
Wired Cat5 Network Setup:
+ Comcast ISP (coax into home) connected to Arris SURFboard SB6190 DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem
+ Arris SURFboard connected (via Cat5) to ASUS RT-N66U Dark Knight router (4 Cat5 ports)
+ ASUS Router Cat5 ports connected to: 1 Synology DS411+ NAS, 1 Synology DS1515+ NAS, and 1 TrendNet Network Switch 24 port 10/100/1000 (TEG-S24DG)
NOTE: ASUS RT-N66U used for DHCP, DNS, Firewall, VPN, Wireless, etc.
+ TrendNet Cat5 ports connected to: -- 5 computers, 1 printer, 1 AppleTV (gen4), 1 Tivo BOLT, and 1 BV-Tech 16 port Ethernet 10/100 Switch 130W (POE-SW1602A – using 1Gb uplink)
+ BV-Tech Switch Cat5 connected to: 10 IP-cameras (all using PoE Cat5), 1 Sonos Connect (audio) and 1 Fibaro (home automation).
Wireless Setup:
+ ASUS RT-66U enabled for both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz (full home access) and Guest Network (Internet only) for Home network (plus a separate Guest network).
+ 2 Netgear Wi-Fi Extenders (AC1200) connected to 2.4Ghz ASUS Wi-Fi Access points (Home network)
AFTER Eero Installed
+ Eero #1 - Gateway/Cat5 connected to BV-Tech Switch and placed on 1st floor
+ Eero #2 and #3 – 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor
ISSUES:
+ Eero system works GREAT – except with Tivo BOLT and Sonos connections from mobile devices (iPad/iPhone/Laptops)
+ When mobile devices are connected to Eero network – the Tivo and Sonos react as if the Eeros devics our “out of my home network” (remote connections).
+ Tivo BOLT – thinks I am streaming outside my house and there’s streamline limit block
+ Sonus (on ASUS WiFI) – will not work with mobile devices on Eero network, I need to switch to the network that Sonus is associated with

First off, why do you still have Wi-Fi enabled on your non-eero devices? I would disable that and let eero handle all the Wi-Fi.
Secondly, is your eero in bridge mode? It sounds like it’s not, and that would explain the issues of your Sonos and Tivo acting like they are on a different network (because in a way they are).

Ah - good point about putting Eero in Bridge mode. Let me try that. I need to keep the ASUS Wi-Fi AP active (long story); so Eero bridge mode might do the trick --- although I'll lose some of the advanced functionality.

I know this is a really late reply, but you're also unnecessarily limiting your eero network's speed by connecting it to a 10/100 switch instead of to the Trendnet. That will max out your wireless devices' connection speed to your NAS at 100Mbps. And if your Internet speed is greater than 100Mbps, you'll be capping that at 100Mbps, as well.
