Please read before submitting a feature request!
Welcome to the Feature requests portion of the eero community! This is your opportunity to share the features you'd love to see with both the eero staff and community.
IMPORTANT When posting to the feature request section, keep each post to a single feature. This allows us to both have a single discussion and track the progress if we are currently working on or have recently completed a project.
If a feature you'd like to request already exists in our community, we ask that you either chime into or "like" the existing topic.
Please note that we don't discuss future plans.
Feature request status labels:
Under Consideration If a post has this status, it means that we are currently reviewing whether or not we will be moving forward with the feature request. From here, it will either move to Planned or Not Planned.
Planned: If a post is marked as Planned, it means that it is a feature we plan to implement at some point in the future. Whether or not we include a timeline, it indicates this is something we plan to build into eero.
Not planned: If you see Not Planned, unfortunately, that means this isn't something we plan to build right now. However, don't let it stop you or anyone from telling us it is something you want. We are always reviewing past and new feature requests.
Started: This is where it gets exciting! This means we have started working on this feature and hope to have something more to share with our customers in the near future.
Implemented: The feature has been added! This means we have shipped the new feature and it will be available to our customers.

Add ‘Randomize Guest Password’ option, including strength and frequency value. Would be very useful for my guest password to change daily/weekly/monthly

I would like to see a “Turn Wifi Off” button to turn Wi-Fi off completely from app.

Would love to be able to override channel. Eero assigned channel 6 to 2.4. When running a channel analysis. All of my neighbors are also using channel 6. Channel 1 is 1 user. Channel 11 has no users.

This has probably been said already, but can you please add an option that allows the network admin add or block devices that want to join their network. Our teenager has found ways to bypass blocking, or setting a time for his Xbox to turn off. Please make this happen

HI, i have used other dispositive and not eero. i now use eero 6 but the function for gestion are very LOW. if possible insert this function present in other brand and very goos.

tbe function is necessary because eero its connected at lriginal modem of ISP and if I deactivate wifi of original modem i want eero priceded to simil function

I would like to be able to turn down the broadcast levels of certain nodes or have better client steering (not band steering). I have a lot of Apple products which are pretty sticky. Maybe this is accomplished through multilateration to determine rooms and proximity.

When setting up a schedule, it automatically highlights Monday to Thursday and Sunday as being a week today, whereas Friday and Saturday or weekends.

Didn’t know where to report this as a bug has getting hold of you is nigh on impossible, especially when I am blind.

Reconaissance Protection would be nice, specifically from port scans and sweeps. A port scan on the internet facing connection from eero shows several closed ports. It would be nice if eero didn't respond and appeared stealthy from port scans from the internet.
