Issue Activating Network Security - Eero Plus

Hi!  I am trying to activate network security.  Whenever I go into my Eero settings -> network settings -> Security and privacy I see a prompt to update my firmware.  If i click on that, it just stays on a loop where it says it is activated but then asks me to update the firmware once again.  In the update firmware option it says my formware is up to date.  Not sure how to get out of this loop.

 

Have tried restaring all eeros, resetting the app, etc. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Shoot an email over to support@eero.com and I’m sure they’ll be able to get the issue resolved quickly.
