DNS Over HTTPS (DoH)

Please add support for DNS over HTTPS. This is a nice security related feature that is gaining support by major DNS providers. It seems to overcome many of the previous deficiencies of providing secure DNS while still maintaining the user simplicity that Eero is known for.
