SmartThings Weirdness

If I leave the Eero network on Automatic, my wired SmartThings hub works fine.

If I change it to the subnet, SmartThings works fine.

If I try to use, SmartThings loses its mind. The hub shows no connectivity. Looking in the eero app, there are two IPs assigned to the hub, and

If I change the DHCP assignments to and reboot everything, same results. ST hub shows as being assigned to and (not a typo, it keeps one IP on the 0 subnet no matter what lease range I use).

I can live with the space that Automatic uses (weird choice) but I'd rather use if possible.

Any ideas?

  • Fixed... I wasn't properly constraining the subnet to match the DHCP range.
