Eeros and old HP Photosmart

Has anyone gotten an older HP Photosmart 5520 (or series) to connect to an eero AP? Mine will not connect and I thought I would ask here before I toss it. The 5520 will not associate.  It appears to be an issue with WPA2/WPA3 - that is the main thing that changed when we upgraded from an ancient Pace AP to the Eero. I have tried connection steering but it dod not work. Disabling WPA3 does not seem to be possible with the Eero.

    Hi  You can disable WPA3 on eero.  Go to eero app->Discover->eero Labs for the on/off toggle.
