Eero Pro 6 keeps going offline

I have just used the eero pro 6 device for a month and I have noticed  in the last one week that it goes offline and the device gets really hot with the light turning red. Yesterday, it took about 5 hours before it came back online. I have changed the location of the device now in a cooler part of the house but this is still happening. It gets really hot and goes offline. I’m not tech savvy or anything so I’m kinda lost as to why to do next. Device is currently offline for about 2 hours now.

    You can check if there's a firmware update available for your Eero Pro 6 and install it. And try unplugging the device, waiting a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. This can help resolve minor issues.
