Private IP side of Eero access

Eero software should give users access to a GUI or CLI to the customers (pirvate IP) network on Eero Gateway.  

Users that are somewhat knowledgeable about routing and switching can self trouble shoot. This will avoid calls to Eero support (wait time for support, lately, have be 15 to 20 min)
