Connection Health Log

My ISP keeps blaming EERO or my Modem when they have intermittent issues. To shorten the time to troubleshoot, obtain resolution, and avoid screaming at Comcast's Tier 1 and 2 staff after exhaustive explanations on how all of this works, can we have access to the "internet source disconnected" log. Where all EERO devices lose Internet connectivity from the Modem. Your tech said we can't have a copy of our own log that you keep... which I find odd, since it's our data.
