Eero Pro 6 suddenly slowed down

Until this last week, my Eero Pro 6 was showing internet speeds of 950 Mbps. Now suddenly it’s showing 150Mbps. I ran a speed test on my AT&T modem directly and it’s still 950Mbps. Nothing has changed with my setup. I’ve tried rebooting and no change. There have been some WiFi speed issues over the last month but a reboot seemed to fix them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

  • Hey there, Jefff . It's odd that your speed slowed down seemingly at random when everything had been working well previously. Is 150mbps the speed that you're seeing in the eero app, or are you running a third party speed test?

    My first suggestion would be to soft reset your gateway eero. You can find directions on how to soft reset here.

      this is the speed I’m seeing in the eero app. I have done several soft resets over the last month to fix other slowdown issues
