
eero Health Check consistently fails
Good afternoon everyone
I have a question. I have worked with my ISP and even eero support and no one seems to have an answer for me. I received two brand new eero 6 devices about a month ago. These replaced my router as I was having internet issues, slow connection, and extreme lag on games. My ISP recommended these and we installed them. At first I thought my connection was fixed. Everything seemed to be running better for a few days but then it went back to lagging. I ran a health check on my eeros and they failed. The have failed ever since for about a month straight. My ISP says there side is good and eero said everything looks fine. I'm basically out of Ideas as I have factory reset them, removed one eero, waited for the newest software update and nothing seems to fix it. Still failing. Any ideas and has anyone else come across this? Thank you all.
