Content blocking or allowing certain times of day

Since content blocking/ allowing is a current feature, can it be expanded to also allow or block certain times of the day instead of having it only on or off? 
 

my use case is as follow:

I want to block the website www.crazygames.com from 800am to 400pm, monday to friday, and then allow the website from 400pm to 800am monday to friday. Currently, if I add the website to the blocked/ allowed sites in the parental controls, it is allowed or block permanently. Having the requested controls will allow a better experience for the network admin.

    same here i would like to be able to stop the kids watching youtube during the day on the tv so i would like the ability to block apps/ domains from 3am to 8pm.
