Ethernet works, wifi doesn't

Setup: 3 floor house, 1 eero pro on each floor, each eero connected via ethernet cables that run through the walls. Various devices connected to eeros via ethernet or wifi.

I've had this setup for over a year without any problems. One day, about a month ago, I noticed that I couldn't connect to the internet on any device that used wifi, but devices that were connected via ethernet continued to have an internet connection. This wifi failure/disconnection now happens every 1-2 days. Power cycling the main eero solves the problem and all the wifi connected devices start having an internet connection again, but then the wifi fails within 1-2 days. As stated above, ethernet-connected devices never lose their internet connection.

I emailed eero support over a week ago, haven't received a response yet. Anybody run into this problem or have any potential solutions? Could the wifi/mesh components of a eero fail while still allowing the ethernet pathway to work?
