Access point temporarily full?

Every few days 1 or more of my devices disconnects from my Eero router and when I try to reconnect gives the error "Access point temporarily full". I assume this mean the maximum number of devices is connected, but when I restart the Eero they all reconnect without issue. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Or a way to manually remove old devices that are no longer connected to free up allotted devices  (I only see how to block them from the network, not how to simply forget them).

    Hi Rollk1 Please give support a call when this is happening so we can take a look at the data from our end.

    Since each eero can handle over 120 devices I doubt you are overdoing it.

    To answer your other question, no, eero cannot force a device to disconnect from Wifi, even blocking it will still let it connect, it just won't get any internet access.  The only way you can stop currently connecting devices from connection on the eero side is to change the network name/SSID and/or password, so the devices will no longer have the correct data to connect.  Of course this means you have to reconnect all the things you WANT to connect,  so it isn't always the first thing we recommend.

    All access points have a maximum limit on the number of clients they are set to support. When this happens, you will get an error message that the point is temporarily full. In short, the access point has all the clients it can handle, and it will refuse to accept new ones.
