I bought an eero Mesh (3 Pack). Can I re-use 1 of them for another property

Hi there,

Just a quick Question. I recently bought a Amazon eero mesh Wi-Fi system | 3-pack.

One of them I plugged into my Wireless Router, and then the second one, I plugged into the wall in another room to extend the range. Everything is working as expected so I'm happy with that.

So I have one spare.

Now in another property of mine, I was hoping to use this last mess to plug into the router there.

Is this possible without breaking the internet for the original property.

I guess what I'm asking is, are the 3 mesh hubs intrinsically linked somehow, and can only be used in the same property together.

Or are they totally independent, and I can go ahead and use this 3rd one to plug into the router of my new property.

  • You can totally use the 3rd one to create a new network! To do so, in the eero app, go to Settings > Switch Network > Add a network and then follow the steps.

hey sorry for the delayed response. Just wanted to say thank you soon much.

I was initially to scared to try that option, but based on your advice, I gave it a shot and it worked.

No problems with the original set up.

      Love eero!

      Thanks again :)
